Crossfit
Our CrossFit classes combine varied functional movements across strength, conditioning, and skill work. Each session is coach-led and typically includes a warm-up, strength or technique focus, and a conditioning workout (WOD) designed to improve overall fitness and performance.
HYROX
HYROX classes are designed to build the strength and endurance needed for hybrid fitness racing. Sessions blend running with functional stations such as sleds, rowing, and lunges, helping you develop pacing, efficiency, and race-specific fitness whether you’re training for your first event or a PB.
Open gym
Open Gym gives you the freedom to train at your own pace in a fully equipped facility. Whether you’re working on weaknesses, repeating class work, or following your own program, you’ll have access to all equipment in a supportive training environment.

Expert programming
Programming by Stella bartram
Stella Bartram is a CrossFit Level 2 coach and CrossFit Games 2024 Masters athlete who leads on programming at CrossFit TS12.
With a deep understanding of performance, progression, and functional fitness, she designs sessions that are challenging, effective, and accessible for all ability levels.
Stella's programming focuses on helping our members build strength, improve fitness, and train with purpose — whether they’re stepping into their first class, chasing a new PB, or preparing for competition.
